When FBI Agent Audrey Buckley receives a mysterious message from her father, she embarks on a perilous journey with her veteran colleague Marcus Davis back to her birthplace. However, as they venture deeper into the county, they are engulfed within an ominous fog that traps them in the town now ruled by an awakened evil that seeks to eradicate all the residents.
As the threat looms larger, Audrey and Marcus must race against time to unravel the cryptic clues and stop the sinister force before it's too late. Their daunting mission leads them to confront unspeakable horrors and test the limits of their courage as they fight to save Harmony County from certain doom.

After receiving a cryptic call from her father, FBI Agent Audrey Buckley and her senior partner Marcus Davis travel to her birthplace of Harmony County, MI. After crossing through a strange fog the agents are trapped inside the city's limits where an evil has awakened, hellbent on the residents' destruction.
